Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin, representing Michigan's 8th congressional district, will be one of the top targets for Republicans after she announced she is voting to Impeach President Trump in a district Trump carried, and polls show Republican Senate candidate John James running in a statistical dead-heat with Democrat Senator Gary Peters.
