You're invited – next Monday!

Dear John,

Please join special guest DNC Chair Jaime Harrison for a virtual event hosted by Sister District and DemCast on Monday, September 12!

From abortion access to voting rights and the future of our democracy itself, state legislatures are increasingly important decisionmakers. In this critical midterm year, we must fight hard to build progressive power in our state legislatures.

Election Day is barely 2 months away, and Democrats have momentum. We have an incredible chance to elect progressive Democrats to state legislatures in key battleground states. Join us for a panel discussion about what’s at stake this year, and what we can all do to give our candidates the best chance to win.

Here are the details:

Winning Power in State Legislatures
Moderated by: Sister District Co-Founder Gaby Goldstein & DemCast Director of Partnerships and Outreach Jamie Carter
Keynote: Jamie Harrison, DNC Chair

Monday, September 12 | 5pm PT/8pm ET

RSVP »Featuring:
  • Lorena Austin, Arizona House of Representatives candidate
  • Brittney Miller, Nevada Assembly candidate

Remember: whoever we elect to our state legislatures this year will be in office during the critical post-2024 election period. It’s clear that we must pour resources and attention into state chambers because what we do now will determine the fate of our democracy.
