Now, let’s keep up the work this fall

John -

This summer flew by with so many events focused on gathering our community and working together to bring about peace, diplomacy, and equity.

Our summer was chalk full of events throughout the country. Don’t believe us? We hosted Civic Trainings in Chicago, Seattle, New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. We engaged thousands of supporters online and offline who are ready to use their collective voices to affect change in the U.S.

We hosted a virtual Pride Open Mic in June. It was awesome to hear from so many Iranian-American LGBTQ+ folks throughout the country.

We gathered for drinks and appetizers at our Happy Hours in Georgia and Washington, D.C. There’s nothing like good company, food, and drinks to bring together a great group of people.

And, we launched our 20th-Anniversary campaign. Can you believe NIAC’s been around for 20 years? Since then, we’ve been celebrating our victories from the last two decades and looking forward to what’s next.

Lastly, our NIAC Action Organizers met with over 25 legislative offices — including Speaker Pelosi and Leader Schumer — to engage lawmakers on the Iran nuclear deal, immigration equality, and human rights.

John, our busy summer was only made possible through contributions from supporters like you. Thank you for your continued support.
