Pamela leads with intention and brings her whole self to her work and community service. As a first-generation Colombian American, she believes that embracing all parts of her identity—language, cultural origins, thoughts, and experiences—is what informs her actions as both a lawyer and a leader.
Pamela has expressed her strong belief in the mission of NCLEJ and in fighting for economic, racial, gender and social justice for low-income families and children – a cause and a fight that couldn’t be more relevant in our country.

We’re excited to share this evening of #JoyfulJustice with you all because the gala will be held live for the first time in a couple of years and this will be a wonderful opportunity to connect and reconnect with friends and colleagues across a number of industries. Join us to learn more about Pamela and our other incredible honorees!
