Here’s why: I am running in one of the most important Senate races in the country. Control of the Senate is at stake here in Iowa. But with hours until one of our most important deadlines yet, we’re still falling short of our $35,000 goal and what we need to win.

My Senate race will be one of the closest in the country this November. It will also be one of the most expensive. But I’m not taking money from corporate PACs; instead, I’m relying entirely on grassroots donors like you to fund my campaign.
