Marjorie Taylor Greene Says Joining Military is 'Throwing Your Life Away'

My opponent, Marjorie Taylor Greene, said that joining the military is "throwing your life away." 

Really? I proudly served this country overseas on multiple continents -- protecting the democracy and freedoms that you and your radical-right cronies are trying to destroy from within!

It’s mind-boggling that someone who calls herself a “patriot” can be so brazenly disrespectful to the over 600,000 veterans across Georgia (including me) who know what it means to put service above self. 

You have my word: When I defeat Marjorie Taylor Greene and am elected to Congress I will ALWAYS have the backs of our brave men and women in uniform.
