| Hey team, Today, Labor Day, we honor the contributions of America’s working people. They are the foundation of our economy and their work spurs innovation and progress across the nation. Unfortunately, American workers and their families have been suffering. From COVID to inflation, many families are living paycheck to paycheck, and workers live in fear that they may be let go at any time. That’s why I go to work every day. I’m committed to getting our economy back on track and ensuring it works for everyone, not just the wealthiest.. With wages and benefits stagnating, I’m focused on creating an economy where working families have the security and dignity they deserve. We must recognize the hard-fought achievements of America’s labor movement. My promise to all is that while I am in Congress, I will be continuing to fight for workers' rights and a more equitable future.
