Friends,
Labor Day is a day to celebrate the contributions that workers and the labor movement have made to our country.
As we honor the accomplishments of the past, it's also important to acknowledge the difficulties workers have had to endure through the pandemic and other hardships. Despite this, support for unions is at its highest level since 1965 — and that's worth celebrating.
I remain committed to protecting workers and their rights to collective bargaining, and I hope you have a meaningful Labor Day with friends and family.
Best,
David
