John,
This Labor Day, we honor the workers and unions who are the backbone of this country. From fighting tirelessly for dignity and fair pay to delivering safer working conditions for us all, our labor advocates have improved working conditions for all Americans.
|
Today is also a day to reflect on where we must go from here.
Across PA-06 and the country, we are still fighting for equal pay for women and minorities, increased wages to account for a rise in the cost of living, universal parental leave, and so much more. Chrissy fought for workers when she led a business, and she is fighting for us now in Congress.
She supports a $15 minimum wage and is fighting for a 12-week paid parental leave policy for all Americans. She also voted for the Inflation Reduction Act, which will help families with rising costs.
