We celebrate Labor Day to recognize the great contributions of American workers and the impact of unions on our nation’s history.

We need strong unions now more than ever. Unions not only created the middle class in this country, but they are drivers behind better-paying jobs for everyone...

So that’s why today, we are happy to celebrate the accomplishments and advancements we’ve made in the arena of workers' rights, but we’re also acutely aware of how much progress is yet to be made.
