speech, that is... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

G’day, Tammy Tyrrell here,

Since I was elected in May, it’s been a total whirlwind. There’s been a bunch of firsts - first time being described as a Senator, first time entering the Parliament as a Senator, first time getting lost in Parliament as a Senator!

Another big first is coming up tomorrow. I’m making my first speech as a Jacqui Lambie Network Senator tomorrow  — I wanted to invite you to watch along.

I’ll be speaking at about 5pm Canberra time. You can watch it HERE (it will be the first link in the list). (But if you miss it, all good, I’ll put it on my Facebook page afterwards, which is HERE if you’re not already following me).

I hope you’re able to see it!

I’ll get back to practice.

Tammy

PS: Dai Le’s a new independent MP from Sydney who did her first speech today, and I don’t think I’m going to be able to pull off this look as well as she did:
