In 2018, Beto fell just short of defeating Ted Cruz, coming closer to flipping Texas blue than any other Democrat in the past 40 years.

Polling put Beto and right-wing Gov. Greg Abbott in a statistical tie – with Beto just 2 POINTS behind.

Now, Beto's doing everything he can to build on this unprecedented momentum: In the last five months, he has hosted over 80 public, in-person town hall events – compared to Abbott’s ZERO – where Beto’s even flipped conservatives into supporting his campaign!

Beto’s campaign has recruited over 79,000 volunteers, making their volunteer team one of the LARGEST in the country right now.

In the last reporting period, Beto OUTRAISED Abbott, receiving more than 500,000 contributions from grassroots donors all over the country.

Team, Abbott and the GOP have unleashed MILLIONS against Beto and his positive vision for Texas. They’ve attacked Beto for telling the truth about Abbott’s disastrous mismanagement of the state, as well as his extremist stances, including Abbott’s anti-abortion stance that’s out of step with the vast majority of Americans, including Texas voters.
