Which is why I wanted to give you a few updates on some of our newest and most critical battles for liberty that we’re fighting.
Case #1: DePina v. Rollins -- Government Intimidation
This is the new case we just filed on behalf of activist Joao DePina, who was arrested and threatened with 10 years in prison for speaking out against an elected official.
Let me quickly give you the details, at a public press conference Mr. DePina called out Leftist elected District Attorney Rachel Rollins for her incompetence in response to his brother’s murder.
Three days later Mrs. Rollins filed a criminal complaint accusing him of attorney intimidation –– a charge that carries a sentence of up to 10 YEARS!
You would think something like this could only happen in North Korea or China... but now it’s happing here.
John, the radical Left wants to intimidate, bully and silence anyone who disagrees with it.
And they will destroy the First Amendment to do it, but we’re fighting back –– and winning!
These ridiculous charges against Mr. DePina have already been thrown out of court, but now we must make sure it doesn’t happen again.
That’s why we’ve filed suit against Rachel Rollins personally and the Worcester District Attorney who filed this case for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, violation of Mr. DePina’s freedom of speech and reckless infliction of emotional distress.
These radical Leftists will keep abusing their power to intimidate, bully, and silence anyone who speaks out against them until they’re forced to pay.
Make no mistake -- if we win this landmark case every single one of these radical Leftists prosecutors will take notice.

Case #2: Konen v. Spreckels Union School District
As a reminder, this is our landmark case to stop schools and the radical activists working there from corrupting and indoctrinating our young and innocent children.
After ignoring our initial notice letter, we are officially suing the Spreckels Union School District AND the extremists pretending to be teachers.
In case you missed the details of our case on Laura Ingraham’s great Fox News show, let me recap it for you.
Jessica Konen, the mother of an innocent 12-year-old girl, was called into her daughter’s school and told that her daughter was now a “boy.”
She found out that her young daughter had been groomed into identifying as “transgender” and “bisexual”...
Her impressionable daughter didn’t even know these words until they were forced on her by these radicals.
The school pushed Jessica’s innocent daughter to create a whole new identity -- complete with a new boy’s name, new pronouns and had her use a different bathroom...
They also created a “Gender Support Plan” and ordered the faculty to use her new name and pronouns -- all without her mother’s knowledge!
Jessica’s young daughter was told NOT to tell her mother since she couldn’t be “trusted”.
These radicals are not real teachers. They’re not concerned with teaching our children to read or to do math...
They want to indoctrinate our children to reject their parent’s values and embrace their radical Left-Wing propaganda.
Unfortunately, Jessica’s innocent daughter is just one of the countless victims. Since we announced our lawsuit on The Ingraham Angle, tons of concerned parents, grandparents and teachers have reached out to us.
It’s horrible that this is happening -- and our lawsuit is the key to stop it
We have to drag these radical activists and the schools into court and make them pay for their actions.
That’s why our lawsuit names the individual “teachers” –– because we must hold them accountable...

Case #3: O’Handley v. Padilla -- Twitter Lawsuit
This is our massive lawsuit against Twitter and the liberal politicians who conspired with it to silence and destroy conservatives.

In February 2021, Twitter shut down conservative activist Rogan O’Handley’s account claiming he had “violated rules about election integrity...”
But what we saw in released emails was that former Secretary of State Alex Padilla’s state employees requested that Twitter take down O’Handley’s tweets!
That’s right –– leftist government officials used government property to censor political speech!!
It’s an obvious and blatant conspiracy to silence the First Amendment rights of conservatives.
It’s illegal for Government to censor speech it doesn’t like -- but that is exactly what happened here.
It’s disgusting, it’s awful and now we have proof of their illegal actions.
