John – At the NDRC, we’re keenly aware of the importance of state supreme court races. Among other things, they play a critical role in whether voters get fair maps:

You can see why the GOP would like to stack state courts the same way they stacked the U.S. Supreme Court – and why it’s so important to fight back.
