running mate this week, and she has a controversial history. Teacher
Union boss Karla Hernandez-Mats previously claimed that many people in

also opposed efforts to reopen schools during the COVID-19 pandemic.
DeSantis calls Hochul 'ridiculous' for telling conservatives to
leave New York
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis slammed New York Gov. Kathy Hochul this week
over her open suggestion that conservatives get on a bus and leave the
state. Gov. DeSantis: "Who would say something so ridiculous? To say if
you don't agree with me then you don't even have a right to be
here."
Oregon
Christine Drazan: A new direction for Oregon
In an opinion piece, Republican nominee for Oregon governor Christine
Drazan outlined why she is the best person to lead the state forward
after decades of failed liberal leadership. Drazan: "We can't afford
more of the same failed ideas that have harmed Oregon and left too many
Oregonians behind. I hope you will join me in working to lead our state
in a new direction."
