Germany in 2017

John,

Our beekeeper friends are fighting Bayer in court to defend our right to
protest its toxic pesticides.

Their case has made it all the way to the highest court: they're one step
away from finally defeating Bayer. But they’re also running out of money
fast.

They’re asking for our help – and the stakes couldn’t be higher. If Bayer
wins, it could call the police and shut down peaceful protests any
time we try to publicly speak out at its shareholder meetings. Other
corporations could follow suit and also shut us down.

But it's not over yet – and with your help, Bayer could still lose.

If you chip
in $1,
or what you can, we can help these beekeepers fight to defeat Bayer in
court. John, can we count on you to help?

Here’s how it all started: Bayer tried everything it could to shut down
protests outside its annual shareholder meeting in 2017. Back then, it had
just announced its plan to merge with Monsanto – and protests that year
were going to be bigger than ever.

So Bayer's bosses contacted law enforcement and fed them lies about how
dangerous they expected the protests to be. The police came to shut the
whole thing down. Only a last-minute legal injunction stopped Bayer from
getting its way – and our beekeeper and activist friends have been in a
legal battle ever since.

It’s outrageous. But these beekeepers refuse to let Bayer crush our right
to protest or bully us into stopping our campaign against its toxic
pesticides. And now that they've made it all the way to the highest court
in Germany, they’re more determined than ever to win.

But they simply cannot do it without our help, John.

Can you chip in today to power this fight and defeat Bayer in court? Any
extra raised will go to our campaign against Bayer and its toxic
pesticides worldwide.
