Last night, Republican leadership decided that playing politics was more important than listening to their constituents. They sided with the Trump administration and upheld the domestic and global gag rules — two dangerous policies — and risked that millions of people will have to scramble to find the health care they need and deserve, or go without care altogether.

The Trump administration and Congressional Republicans have demonstrated their disdain for women, people with low incomes, immigrants, LGBTQ people, and people of color time and time again. This is just the most recent time they've attacked our health and rights. It won't be the last.
