John, Wednesday night at 8:55 pm, Cynthia from Saint Paul, Minnesota made the 100,000th contribution to our campaign this election cycle.

It was for $4.17, with the rest of her $25 contribution split between Val Demings, Mandela Barnes, John Fetterman, Cheri Beasley, and Tim Ryan’s campaigns to expand our Senate majority.

Cynthia’s donation wouldn’t have been number 100,000 if Walter from Red Bank, New Jersey hadn’t pitched in his own $25 to our campaign a few moments before Cynthia.

And the reason I believe we’ll defend our Senate majority from Mitch McConnell is because William from Penngrove, California chipped in $10 one minute after that.

Cynthia, Walter, and William probably don’t know you, or each other, yet what they share in common is their belief and willingness to contribute a few bucks at a time to make this country a more just, loving place for you, me, and for each other to live.

That’s pretty special, and it’s moments like these that make me so proud of the work this grassroots team is able to accomplish.

We’ve got some major challenges ahead of us, and with our final FEC deadline of this midterm election at the end of the month, we’ll need more resources over the next 28 days to meet this moment.

So I’m humbly asking you:

Will you match Cynthia’s $4.17, William’s $10, or Walter’s $25 contribution to our campaign today to help us start the month a little bit closer to our FEC deadline fundraising goal?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

The point isn’t how much you give, John — it’s that there is a movement you’re a part of, made up of tens of thousands of people, supporting one another a few bucks at a time. That’s not only how we’ll defend our Senate majority — it’s how we’ll keep pushing for progress no matter what.

Thank you.

With love and gratitude,

— Cory
