John — It’s that time of year again. The leaves are changing, the air is getting cooler, and Republicans are once again trying to strip seniors of the benefits they’ve worked their whole lives for.
Just so we’re clear: when we said we were excited for fall, we didn’t mean the fall of Social Security and Medicare. Every year, like clockwork, the GOP calls for cuts to Social Security so that they can privatize it and please their corporate overlords.
John, we need to hear from top Democrats like you before our deadline. We’re extremely concerned that, if Republicans take power this November, they will sunset Social Security and Medicare.
