September is shaping up to be another busy month at First Liberty. After winning two U.S. Supreme Court cases earlier this summer, we’re taking another two cases to the Court this fall.
Last week, we filed at the Supreme Court on behalf of our client Gerald Groff, a former postal worker who was forced to quit because of his beliefs. This week, we’re filing at the Court for Aaron and Melissa Klein, bakers who were unjustly punished for their faith.
Both cases are going to be crucial to employers and employees of faith across the country. Millions of Americans are centered at the crossroads between faith and hostile woke cancel culture.
