Africa & Europe
Pray that magistrates and judges hear out their cases before being transferred so that justice can be delivered. Many IJM Kenya cases have been affected by magistrates being transferred mid trial. This can lead to cases having to re-start, or to judges making decisions without having heard the bulk of the evidence, dragging victims and those who are falsely accused through ever-longer trials. Thankfully, we have seen several cases in which presiding magistrates have been directed to conclude their current caseload before relocating to their next duty station.
Latin America
Pray for physical and spiritual protection in the workplace, where our influence, our priorities, and our character are tested daily. Ask the Lord to protect us from every harm, so we can continue to serve Him and help those who are in dire need of protection and rescue.
South Asia
Please pray for IJM’s registration process in new places we are hoping to expand. Launching somewhere new can be a technical and bureaucratic process for nonprofits, but we know this will result in more partners equipped, more victims rescued, and more communities protected long-term. Pray for favor over IJM’s paperwork, endurance for our teams, and for good relationships with the new government agencies we’re hoping to support.
Asia Pacific
Pray that the Advanced Investigative Workshop (AIW) will result in more collaborative casework with our local law enforcement partners. Prayers for excellence, wisdom, and success. We ask that the work on logistics, and program for the Advanced Investigative Workshop (AIW) on September 4-16 in Pampanga runs smoothly.

Praise the Lord for He provided us with the opportunity to glorify His name in our work. Praise the Lord as he opens doors to new opportunities, and equips us with the skills, knowledge, and wisdom we need to take steps forward.
