I want to take a moment of your time to tell you why this race is incredibly important to our future.

We need a Congress that looks like the people who they represent. Over the last few years, I’ve seen the inaction from Washington politicians who continue to ignore us, and I knew I had to do something about it. I learned from a young age that if I see something that needs to be done, I should step up and take care of it.

I am a single mom, the Wausau School Board President, and a Justice on the Ho-Chunk Supreme Court. I’ve been a leader in my community, and I know what it takes to be a leader in Washington.

For too many years, we’ve had representation that ignores the needs of the people. They vote to strip away our healthcare, ignore our crumbling infrastructure, and force thousands of farmers to pay for a petty trade war with China.

It’s time for a change, Jack, and Wisconsin is ready for change. This race matters because it is key to keeping the House in 2020 and vital to flipping Wisconsin blue.

The special interests will spend millions on trying to save this seat, but we know that we need a big voice in Washington -- one that will listen to the people of Northern Wisconsin. Will you chip in $5 or more today to show that our grassroots team is ready to flip this seat blue in May?
