Attorney General Maura Healey, who has accepted thousands of dollars
in campaign contributions from fellow progressive Democrat and my opponent Lori
Trahan, the rubber stamp for Biden and Pelosi has FABRICATED a larceny charge
against me!
My name is Dean Tran and I am the PROUD Republican nominee for
Massachusetts 3rd Congressional District. I am under attack by my liberal Democrat
opponent, and I need every American to hear my story. Because the Communist
Democrats are coming for us.
Hereâs what happened.
In 2019, I was serving as a State Senator. The Democrats were mad when
I flipped my seat red, which was previously held by the Democrats for over 25
years. So, the Democratic city committee coerced a constituent to falsely accuse
me of stealing an old gun that I did not know existed.
Can you believe it? Iâm a successful businessperson, the first
Vietnamese American to hold elected office, and the first refugee and Asian-born
American elected to State Senate. I held leadership positions within the
Republican party and on numerous committees, and yet they accused me of larceny of
an item I didnât even know was there!
Local police investigated and found NO MERIT to this lie.
Now, almost 4 years later, my opponent is scared. So, Lying Lori had
her buddy Attorney General Maura Healey overreach her jurisdiction and indict me
for a crime I did not commit and was cleared of years ago!
The attorney general does not even investigate alleged crimes of this
nature. It never has. Thatâs for the local police and the district attorneys.
This reeks of Democrats' corrupt and illegal tactics…
weaponizing government agencies against their opponent for political gain.

A secret grand jury, charges based on lies, an indictment
released for publicity... Does this sound familiar??? This JUST HAPPENED to
President Trump when his Mar-a-Lago home was raided!
There are incredible similarities between the US AGâs treatment of
President Trump and MASS AGâs treatment of me!
Iâm not going to lie down and take it. Iâve filed a Federal lawsuit
against Attorney General Healey and I will take Lying Loriâs seat in November.
But I need your help. Itâs hard enough to run a campaign against an
incumbent, but now I must do it with this lie over my head.
Like President Trump, Iâm fighting against a politically backed smear
campaign that is taking away my time and money.

P.S. Attorney General Healey unsuccessfully sued President Trump over 100 times while he was in office… now sheâs turned her judicial weapon on me.
Healey and my opponent, Lori Trahan, go way back. Trahan has ENDORSED and held fundraisers for Healey that generated tens of thousands of dollars and sheâs contributed personally to Healeyâs past campaigns.
This indictment is the trade-off.
