Featuring donated OA:2022 artwork for September 14th art education benefit.
Art in Action is thrilled to be collaborating with one of the oldest art galleries east of the Mississippi, Studio Shop Gallery of Burlingame, for the exhibition of OBJECT:ART 2022 artwork.
The Studio Shop Gallery, under the guiding hands of owner Janet Martin, with her daughter-in-law Stephanie, has curated an art show of colorful emotions and distinct perspectives that will trigger the imagination and appeal to the viewer’s psyche. The art pieces, all donated by nationally recognized artists, will be available for viewing and purchase at the gallery from September 7 - 10th, and at theOBJECT:ART 2022 event on September 14th All funds raised from the purchases of artwork will directly benefit Art in Action’s ability to bring its art education program to kids in Kindergarten through 8th grade this school year.
When asked why Janet and Stephanie are so passionate about art and supporting Art in Action’s mission, Stephanie shared, “Art can open creativity and help one find themselves.” Janet nodded and exclaimed, “Art brings the soul into an environment and I am passionate that children have the opportunity to create art!”
