Hi John, it’s nice to meet you! I’m Errol, Cori’s dad.
Being a dad has been the greatest privilege. To see what Cori is doing now to transform our politics and deliver real change to St. Louis makes my heart feel so full.
You see, Cori always swore up and down that politics wasn’t for someone like her. As a child, she watched me work long hours as a public servant and asked why anyone would ever volunteer for that. She saw the hatred and the nastiness that could come out in politics.
But she also saw the impact you can truly have on the lives of people. Ever since she was a little girl, Cori has made it her life’s mission to help others because she knows that, whether you’re a politician or not, it is our duty to help people.
When Michael Brown Jr. was murdered in 2014, I remember watching the television and yelling, “There’s Cori!” My baby girl was following her calling by attending to our community, putting her love and compassion to work as a nurse and a pastor in the streets of Ferguson, just minutes from her childhood home. For her, this movement has never been about just one person, and it’s certainly not about her; it’s about saving Black lives.
I’m so proud of Cori and everything she’s accomplished in her first term in Congress. She’s already recognized as a key leader for our progressive movement, and I know that there’s so much more she’s ready to tackle.
But first, we need to make sure we have Cori’s back before the November general election. The election is less than 10 weeks away and she’s up against a Republican opponent. Will you chip in $5 or anything you can right now to show your support?

Thank you for all of your support.
