As I told you earlier this week, we’re facing $2.1 million in GOP attack ads and we need to fight back right away.

So what’s our plan? We have to match the Republicans dollar for dollar in spending on TV in order to save this seat. If voters are going to see $2 million dollars worth of negative ads about me, we have to show them $2 million worth of positive ads to combat it. It’s that simple.

Tonight we’re making the next decisions about our ad spending and it’s going to depend on how much we can raise before the deadline at midnight. I’ve never needed your support more than I do right now in this critical moment.
