Last week was another intense week of campaigning before Andrew's regularly scheduled weekend of duty with the US Navy Reserve. From Tallahassee to MacDill and some canvassing here in Brandon, Andrew was making the rounds.



Here's a snapshot of the week in review:

On the morning of December 6, 2019, a mass shooting at Naval Air Station Pensacola killed three people and injured eight others. One of the heroes who died saving others was from St. Petersburg and Andrew was proud to salute him on his way home.

There was the seventh anniversary of the Sandy Hook School shooting; a reminder of the stakes of further inaction from the Republican party and the gun lobby. We desperately need common sense gun safety measures to keep our kids and streets safe. #NeverAgain

Andrew even had time for a bit of fun, playing the part of Donald Trump, Jr. in a dramatic reading of the Mueller Report. The play featured many prominent local democrats and raised more than $15,000 for the local Democratic Party.
