Hi there — In case you haven’t heard the news, Donald Trump is getting involved in the New York governor’s race.
And honestly, I’m not surprised. My far-right opponent, Lee Zeldin, has stood in lockstep with Trump since day one.
We don’t know exactly what Trump will say during his fundraiser for Zeldin. If I had to guess, he’ll likely be spreading some more misinformation about the 2020 election, spewing hateful and divisive language, and launching nasty attacks on Democrats here in New York.
What I do know is that Zeldin will be right there next to him, supporting Trump’s dangerous MAGA agenda, and propelling his hate-filled, conspiracy-fueled lies.
But I want to be very clear: While my extreme opponent only cares about Trump’s opinion, the one that matters to me is yours.
That’s why I’m not about to ask you for money to help us fight back against Trump’s visit. Instead, I’d like to ask you to take my team’s quick survey and let us know your priorities ahead of our upcoming election.
