Ginni Thomas was even more involved in Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election than we previously thought.
That's right, John — the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was pressuring Wisconsin legislators in late 2020, trying to undo Joe Biden’s rightful victory in the state. We now know that Ginni Thomas was involved at various levels in promoting Trump’s Big Lie and trying to overturn the will of the voters across multiple states. But Justice Thomas has yet to recuse himself from cases surrounding the January 6th insurrection in which his wife was so corruptly involved.
Demand that Clarence Thomas recuse himself from cases with this clear conflict of interest:

Hank introduced the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act to create a mandatory code of ethics for Supreme Court justices and standardize recusal procedures. That way justices like Clarence Thomas won't be able to make up their own rules.
Hank’s building support for this bill in Congress so we can rein in the rogue ultraconservatives on the court. But we need to stop Clarence Thomas from further endangering the rule of law and threatening our democracy RIGHT NOW.
Will you add your name to demand that Justice Thomas recuse himself from all cases involving the January 6th insurrection?
