From immigration to police violence, to discussing the lack of diversity in the Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primaries, Secretary Castro is speaking hard truths others won’t, and addressing issues others are afraid to touch.

In an era when Trump is hell-bent on lying and deceiving the American people, Secretary Castro is the sole candidate willing to tell the truth on important issues.

He has put forward plans to overhaul our immigration, criminal justice, housing, education, and foster care systems, among many others. He isn’t looking to make small changes or put a bandaid on any one issue, but rather seeing our challenges holistically and with intersectionality.

Let’s make it clear how badly he’s needed in this race.

We are working to reach our end-of-year fundraising goal, but we need your help to meet our daily goal. Please chip in before midnight to help us stay on track. >>

Let’s be bold,
Team Julián

No one like Julián Castro has ever been in the Oval Office. His grandmother immigrated here from Mexico when she was just 7 years old. She never got past the 4th grade, but she provided for her family by working as a maid and a housekeeper.

Now, her grandson is running for President of the United States. Against all odds, grassroots Democrats like YOU helped him qualify for the Democratic debates and sent him to the front of the pack of Democratic candidates.

We know we send you a lot of emails, but that’s because we’re relying on grassroots supporters to overcome our next big challenge:

Julián must be able to compete and build a movement that lasts for the long haul, and he’s not taking a cent of corporate PAC money to do it. Will you be a part of this historic campaign?
