The Cook Political Report has changed the seat rating for VA-07 – and it’s big news for Virginia’s Democrats. The seat has moved from Toss Up to Lean D, as Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger pulls ahead in her race against far-right Republican Yesli Vega.
