Mitch McConnell’s super PAC just dropped $28 million into Ohio to try to box me out.

I know $28 million sounds like a scary number—and don’t get me wrong, I’m nervous—but this isn’t a knockout hit.

Let me explain: if everyone who got this email chipped in $78, we could match that $28 million in just one day. That’s how big this grassroots army is.

$78 is a big ask for a lot of folks—but if everyone forwards this email to a friend they can count on to chip in, then it’d only take $39. And if those people forward this to one of their friends too, then it would only take about $20…you see where I’m going with this?

It really only takes $20 at a time to go head-to-head with $28 million in dark money. That’s the power of a grassroots movement, and that’s exactly what national Republicans are terrified of—they’re terrified of you getting off the sidelines, folks.

So today, I’m asking you to do one of three things:

And if you’re not in a position to do any of the above, then do whatever feels right for you. It doesn’t matter what you do, just as long as you get in the game.

We’re in a strong position to win this race and expand our Senate majority. If we weren’t, Republicans wouldn’t be spending $28 million to try and stop us.
