For these reasons and more, it’s essential that LGBTQ students feel accepted at school for who they are. Here’s the work Trevor does to make that possible, thanks to our community:
EDUCATION:
Trevor’s training programs, workshops, online tools, and curricula help educators support their LGBTQ students.
ADVOCACY:
To stop efforts to ban transgender student athletes from playing sports, Trevor’s research and advocacy teams testify before state legislatures, submit amicus (friend-of-the-court) briefs in lawsuits, and partner with local advocates.
SUPPORT:
Trevor’s crisis services reach LGBTQ young people experiencing anxiety, depression, and stress — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Friend,
I am grateful to count you as a member of the Trevor community! Together, we are making schools — and our world — safer and more welcoming for LGBTQ young people.
In community,
