Help us call on Ingredion CEO and company representatives. Send an email and tell them to get back to the bargaining table and negotiate in good faith. Workers deserve nothing less than respect and dignity on the job.
Workers want a collective bargaining agreement that protects what they already have: vacation days, a seniority system, good benefits, safe working conditions and a schedule that allows them a decent wage while also preserving time with their family.
