On August 30, 2022, the department filed a Rulemaking Order (CR-103P Adopted Rules) for WACs 388-106-1400, 388-106-1405, 388-106-1455, 388, 106-1458, 388-106-1475 New Freedom Program. The adopted rules enable participants on the New Freedom program to receive covered goods and services timelier, clarify goods and service items that cannot be purchased under the New Freedom program, and other minor language updates.
