Kathy Hochul’s Top 10 Crime Failures!
Refusing to end cashless bail. Hochul wouldn’t even listen to her own party on this one after NYC Mayor Eric Adams called for reform! Signing the Less is More Act, which released thousands of inmates from prison early! Engaging in massive pay-to-play corruption schemes herself: no bid contracts to campaign donors, getting donors liquor licenses, and selling access to state government! Covering for DA Alvin Bragg and refusing to fire him even though he refuses to enforce the law! Silence on the HALT Act and refusing to repeal it despite data showing that attacks on corrections officers and prison staff have gone up 35% since its implementation! Refusing to amend Raise the Age, which would provide judges with more tools when considering cases! Refusing to protect qualified immunity for law enforcement and failing to give them the support they need to safely do their jobs! Ignoring failures of discovery law changes and refusing to roll them back! Silence on the parole board releasing so many murderers, rapists, and COP KILLERS and refusing to call for overhaul! Refusing to stick up for victims’ rights and give victims and their families more of a voice with parole decisions!
I could go on and on, John – because time and time again, Kathy Hochul refuses to protect innocent law-abiding New Yorkers.
Folks here want bold new leadership that’s going to get the job done and protect everyday New York families. And if we keep spreading the word about Hochul’s failures, we’re going to get exactly that at the ballot box on November 8!
Sorry Kathy, but we’re not packing up and moving to Florida just because you won’t keep us safe. WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!!!
