Friend,

Today is a historic day. Nine of my fellow attorneys general from across the U.S. joined me in publicly proclaiming support for the Women’s Bill of Rights. I was honored to be the first AG to do so last week.

The time has never been greater for us to stand up for women. Feminism, once understood as the way to promote equality for women, is today disintegrating in an identity crisis of its own making. Women must have a space of their own in which to grow and thrive.

The Women’s Bill of Rights is our attempt to fight back, to declare in law what we all know to be true.

Support the Women’s Bill of Rights
We know what a woman is. We know what a female is. We know what a mother is. And we believe it is time that our laws should too.

The WBoR does not create new rights or entitlements. It simply codifies basic terms and recognizes that some single-sex spaces are not only lawful, but necessary. Perhaps most importantly, it ensures that, when it comes to sex discrimination, Americans are at least speaking the same language.

The WBoR also protects the progress we have made and preserves safety, privacy, and opportunity for women. Over 11,000 citizens across the country, as well as state legislators, U.S. Senators, and members of Congress, have already signed their name in commitment to make WBoR law.

Will you join us?
Support the Women’s Bill of Rights
Now is the time to stand for truth, for science, and for common sense.

Friend, will you join us? Add your name in support of the Women’s Bill of Rights.

Sincerely,
Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch
