Hi there, John, it's Trudy. I know you've heard from my team and me a lot in the past few days, but I need to personally thank you. You see, we've been up against a really critical end-of-month deadline – our first major fundraising deadline since we won our primary!

This was a make-or-break moment for our campaign. Our right-wing opponents and pundits are sure to look through these fundraising numbers to judge the strength of our movement. 

And, John, because people like you stepped up and believed in our campaign, I am thrilled to announce that we not only hit, but exceeded our end-of-month goal!
