Dear John, our August fundraising deadline was last night at midnight, and we fell $200 short. 

When my team puts together our budget for the month ahead, every dollar is allocated, so falling even $200 short matters. That means we have to readjust how we are going to run social media ads, distribute campaign literature, and connect with voters across Indiana’s 1st District.
