Thank you for the overwhelming support I received throughout the city with the most votes for City Council! I look forward to working with my colleagues for the benefit of all Charlotteans.
The Mayor & Charlotte City Council will be sworn in on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 6 PM at the Government Center located at 600 East Fourth Street. Reserved seating in the Meeting Chamber is limited, however I would love for you to be a part of this occasion!
You are cordially invited to watch the ceremony in the lobby on the tv screens in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center and join the Post Reception. Light refreshments and beverages will be served.
If you are not able to attend, the meeting will also be livestreamed on the Government Channel, the City’s Facebook page or on the City’s YouTube page.
