Whether itβs the calm to your chaos, a connection with nature, feeling that zingy post-dip elation, or your one place to escape the fast-paced world. The Ocean helps us thrive. But it needs your help to thrive too.

Fundraisers will receive a free swim cap, welcome letter and challenge tracker in the post π¨ We'll share safety tips, and plenty of motivation to complete the challenge. For both a thriving you, and a thriving ocean π

Follow the tips in our FB group to raise funds with your Facebook Fundraising page, and join us on 1st October for your first dip! From a cold shower to your local beach or river - you and hundreds of other ocean activists across the UK will be in this together. Together, we'll dip every day throughout October, to reap the rewards of the cold water, and to raise vital funds to fuel our ocean-saving work π

As a charity, our campaigns to end sewage pollution, plastic pollution and to drive long-lasting change for our ocean are entirely fueled by donations. So, by taking part in Dip A Day, you can feel good three times over. You'll raise vital funds to save the ocean, join like-minded cold water dippers all over the country - and boost your serotonin levels in the process!
