Roe Vs. Wade has been overturned by the supreme court. This effectively gives states authority over their abortion laws. Thus, the battle is just beginning. 

There are several states where Abortion is legal, and will most likely remain legal. These are states such as New York, and California.

This petition will address the state legislators in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, Nebraska, Iowa, and Montanna. 

Expert statisticians and political strategists have shown these to be the states with the best chance to overturn abortion. This is where we must focus. These are essentially swing states, that could sway the battle for life in our direction. 

Right now is a critical time for our nation and the moral health of our country depends on us defeating Abortion completely. No state will escape our demands. 

Although the fight will continue in these states, we must first focus on the most vulnerable states that are likely to overturn abortion. This will give us the best chance to save the unborn children, threatened every day.

Our message is simple. Abortion is murder. Plain and simple. We will not tolerate murder, especially of the most innocent among us for any reason at all. 

The left has tried to intimidate, scare, and threaten pro-lifers and pro-life lawmakers into backing down. They have resorted to violence, and have burned, desecrated, and attacked our pregnancy centers, and pro-life businesses. 

But I know that you, and everyone like you, will fight until your last breath. That is why we will be successful. Because of you. 

We are not scared, we are not intimidated. 

They tried to scare us, but all they did was encourage, and make us stronger. 

They know that they are losing the fight. These states have legislators that will support what they think will give them the best chances to win elections. So it is up to the people to ensure that these legislators hear your voice loudly, and clearly. 

Abortion is murder, and any politician that supports it, or fails to pass laws ending it, is an enemy. 

Now more than ever, abortion has become the hottest topic in the country, drawing on people's emotions and creating dissent wherever it is talked about. 

The battle is won in each conversation, and in each time you stand up for life boldly, yourself. 

We are fighting for righteousness, and God's children. What could silence you from something this important?  If you are silent, then you are contributing to the problem. 

We now have the hardest part of the battle in front of us, which is to end abortion in each state, one by one. The pro-life movement had a victory in roe vs wade, but that was just the start.
