“I’m walking for a time when I couldn’t see a way forward”

Ash is walking the Lost Hours Walk for CALM’s services, which he turned to when things got too much. He’ll be walking with his partner and following the route he took the night he thought about taking his own life - all while raising money for the webchat that helped save his life.

“I’m walking to let people know there’s help out there”

Lily’s walking her Lost Hours Walk in memory of her brother Sean, who she lost to suicide.

She’s hoping her family can use the lost hour as time to support one another, talk honestly about how they feel and do something positive in Sean’s memory.
