I know it’s late -- but I had to send just one more message before putting my phone down for the night.

As of 10pm, I’m sorry to report that my House Democrats are still short of our must-hit goal.

So since you’re one of my very best grassroots supporters, I just had to reach out one last time to see if you could chip in and help close the gap.

Let me be absolutely clear: We cannot afford to miss this goal.

Republicans are on a fundraising hot streak -- and if we don’t turn the tide soon, I fear we could lose our Majority and everything we’ve worked for.

So please, if you could chip in $5, $10, $15 -- or anything you can spare -- before midnight, I’d be so grateful.
