This isn’t the first time Henry Cuellar has dragged his feet on holding the Trump administration accountable.

Back in September when the impeachment inquiry was first being considered, the Dallas Morning News reported that Henry Cuellar was slow to commit to supporting the impeachment inquiry and initially argued for alternatives.

According to their reporting, it wasn’t until our campaign started putting the pressure on him that he quickly changed his tune and committed to doing the right thing by supporting the impeachment inquiry.

Flash forward to today: Henry Cuellar is the only Texas Democrat still wavering on whether or not to impeach Donald Trump.

Jessica knows that the facts of this case are clear and the decision simple. Henry Cuellar is once again showing he’s Trump’s favorite Democrat, refusing to commit to voting for the articles of impeachment a day ahead of a full vote on the House floor.

So we’re going to keep up our drum beat once more. If we can keep enough pressure on Henry Cuellar, then we believe we can get him to cave and support the articles of impeachment.
