I’m in the middle of a Federal lawsuit against Facebook, Twitter and their founders, Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg.

The case, which is an action I filed under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, was filed by my Harvard Law attorney, John Pierce, earlier this year . . . and I just received incredible news!

The motions to dismiss my case that were filed by Facebook and Twitter were denied by the magistrate judge!

Our next step is to amend the complaint to survive future motions designed to throw out my case, and we’re working hard to have our day in court.
