Jack, Democrats are hugely overperforming in a series of special elections, President Biden's approval rating is ticking up, and polls show undecided voters are starting to break for Democrats ahead of November's election.

In short, the media's "red wave" narrative has collapsed and pundits are starting to realize that Democrats may expand their majority in the Senate and may even keep control of the House. This would be game-changing because it would give Dems the votes they need to go around Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema to end the filibuster. Just last week, President Biden laid out the agenda for 2023 should Dems do exactly that:

• Codify Roe v. Wade
• Ban assault weapons
• Protect Social Security and Medicare
• Pass universal pre-K
• Restore child tax credits
• Pass a new Voting Rights Act
