Hey, it’s Raquel Terán, Arizona State Senator and Chair of the AZ Dems. I wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to send you a quick note.
Since the August primary, we have felt energy from fellow Democrats who know what’s at stake here in Arizona. The AZ GOP has no limits to their extremism, while our candidates are out meeting voters and sharing solutions.
We have the momentum, we have the polling numbers in our favor, and we have quality candidates that will do the work needed to win.
What we don’t have is billionaire backers funneling millions in TV ads. Instead, we have you. This may be surprising, but as Chair of the AZ Dems, I’d rather have you – our grassroots supporters.
Without you, we wouldn’t even be a toss-up state. Now, we’re on the verge of flipping Arizona completely blue – winning the Governor’s office, the Attorney General’s office, holding the Secretary of State’s office and on the verge of flipping the state legislature – and on and on.
So as our August end-of-month deadline nears, I’m going to ask you, our grassroots supporters, to step up once again.
Team, our staff tells me we’re still several thousand dollars short of our $10,000 end-of-month goal. Can you give $10 or more today to help us meet this goal so we can continue our work to flip AZ blue?
