Johh, I wanted to reach out and tell you about Dina Titus and her run for Representative of Nevada's First District.
Dina has dedicated her entire professional life to public service, first serving as a professor at a public university and then serving her community in the Nevada Legislature. In 2008, she was elected to represent Nevada's First District, and in her time in office, she has worked tirelessly on issues to protect our environment, push renewable energy development, create more sustainable communities, bolster education and protect the right to choose.
Dina has also emerged as one of the leading voices in Congress for substantive action to reduce gun violence, and we've also worked together in the Pro-Choice Caucus. She is ready to continue advocating for Nevadans, but she needs our help on the road to reelection.
After a tough redistricting, her seat is in danger. Election experts at The Cook Political Report are now calling her race a "toss-up," and we can't afford to lose her voice in Congress.
