Our 14point3 campaign recently received a major endorsement from NBC News legal analyst Glenn Kirschner, a former federal prosecutor and host of the Justice Matters YouTube series and podcast. In his interview with Free Speech For People President John Bonifaz, Kirschner praised our efforts to hold insurrectionists accountable and bar them from the ballot under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, also known as the Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause:

“So many people are sitting around waiting for somebody else to act….I don’t want to look back from the end of our republic and see that no one had the courage to step up [and enforce the Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause],” Kirschner said. “That brings me back to Free Speech For People, because you all really have stepped into the breach.”

As we await a ruling from the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit regarding our case against Representative Marjorie Taylor-Greene, we will continue to fight to ensure that chief election officials across the country follow the mandate of Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment and bar insurrectionists from ever seeking public office again.
